With TSC Member Participation, the 34th Arab Summit Begins in Baghdad

Baghdad: The 34th Ordinary Arab Summit commenced today in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, featuring the participation of the Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) and Assistant Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lt. Gen. Ibrahim Jabir. The summit, held under the slogan “Baghdad, Peace Embracing Arab Issues,” saw the attendance of Arab leaders, the Secretaries-General of the United Nations, the League of Arab States, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and the Gulf Cooperation Council, alongside representatives from international and regional organizations.

According to Sudan News Agency, Lt. Gen. Ibrahim Jabir, a member of the TSC, is set to deliver Sudan’s speech at the summit. His address will focus on the current developments in Sudan and the ongoing efforts to secure peace, stability, and security in the nation.

The summit’s agenda includes discussions on various issues affecting the Arab region, with a focus on joint Arab action, the Palestinian issue, and Arab national security. The gathering aims to foster dialogue and collaboration among Arab nations to address these pressing challenges.
