Khartoum:The Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) have firmly denied allegations made by the Ethiopian Army's Chief of Staff, who accused Sudan of supporting the Ethiopian opposition. The SAF described these claims as unfounded and pointed to ongoing support for the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia from Ethiopian territory, including training, supplies, and the use of strategic and suicide drones.
According to Sudan News Agency, a statement from the SAF's Spokesperson addressed the claims by the Ethiopian Chief of Staff, asserting that Sudan is dedicated to international law and principles of good-neighborly relations. The SAF emphasized that Sudan does not interfere in the internal matters of other nations and will not tolerate any violation of its sovereignty or national security.
