Port Sudan: Vice-President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Commander Malik Aggar, has been briefed on the comprehensive situation in North Kordofan State, focusing on security, humanitarian issues, services, education, and the executive performance of the state government. The review also covered the state government’s plan for the year 2025 during a meeting with the Governor of North Kordofan State, Abdel-Khaliq Abdel-Latif.
According to Sudan News Agency, the meeting took place in Portsudan, where His Excellency directed the state government to collaborate and address the challenges currently hindering the performance and implementation of future activities and programs aimed at serving the citizens of the state. The Vice-President emphasized the importance of coordination to ensure the successful execution of these plans.
The Governor of North Kordofan State, Abdel-Khaliq Abdel-Latif, stated in a press release that the discussion included the performance of the state government and the min
istries overseen by the TSC Vice-President, particularly the Ministries of Energy and Oil, Education, and Health. Abdel-Latif highlighted that he informed the TSC Vice-President about the ongoing preparations for the 2025 plan, and that the Vice-President committed to resolving any obstacles and challenges that may impede the development process, while also working to enhance security and stability in the state.
