TSC President Al-Burhan Embarks on Diplomatic Mission to South Sudan.

Port Sudan: President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Gen. Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, departed for Juba, the capital of South Sudan, on Wednesday morning for an official visit. The visit aims to strengthen bilateral relations and explore avenues for enhanced cooperation between the two nations, focusing on issues of mutual interest.

According to Sudan News Agency, President Al-Burhan is scheduled to engage in discussions with South Sudan’s President Salva Kiir Mayardit. The agenda includes evaluating the progress of existing relations and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.

The TSC President’s departure from Portsudan International Airport was marked by a formal send-off, attended by TSC Member Salah-Eddin Adam Rasas, TSC Secretary-General Lt. Gen. Mohamed al-Gali Ali Youssef, and several ministers.

Accompanying President Al-Burhan on this diplomatic mission are key officials, including Minister of Energy and Oil Dr. Mohi-Eddin Naeem, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Am
bassador Hussein al-Amin, and Director General of the General Intelligence General Ahmed Ibrahim Mufaddal.
