Al-Managil: Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) and Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Shams-Eddin Kabashi, arrived in the city of Al-Managil, the administrative capital of Al-Gezira State, as part of his inspection tours of the military divisions and units. He was accompanied by Deputy Director of the General Intelligence Service, Lt. Gen. Mohamed Abbas Al-Labib, and Deputy Director of the Defense Industries System, Maj. Gen. Moatasim Abdullah.
According to Sudan News Agency, TSC Member Kabashi was received by the Wali (governor) of Al-Gezira State, Al-Tahir Ibrahim Al-Khair, Commander of the First Infantry Division, Maj. Gen. Awad Al-Karim Ali Saeed, along with members of the Security Committee and various leaders, officials, and civil administrations. During his visit, he was briefed on the progress of military operations on the western axis and the advanced lines towards Wad Madani.
Kabashi reassured the readiness of the armed forces, other regular forces, and those
mobilized to fight the battle of dignity and pride against the terrorist militia. He expressed his appreciation for the efforts made and the high morale of the armed forces, pledging to celebrate victory soon from within the city of Wad Madani.
