Khartoum: Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Dr. Nawara Abu Mohammed Mohamer Tahir, has expressed that her appointment as a TSC member is a significant responsibility before Allah, marking the start of a dedicated journey to serve Sudan and safeguard its integrity.
According to Sudan News Agency, Dr. Nawara shared these sentiments during an honoring ceremony organized by the Beja People’s Graduates Conference. The event was attended by several leaders from native administrations and representatives from civil society organizations. She emphasized that the role is not merely about promises but is the commencement of genuine efforts, seeking assistance from Allah and collaboration with all national entities to fulfill her duties.
Dr. Nawara acknowledged the resilience and sacrifices of the Sudanese people, lauding their perseverance through challenging humanitarian and security situations. She praised their ability to overcome obstacles and defend the nation with unwavering determination.
Furthermore, she extended her congratulations to the armed forces, other regular forces, and mobilized personnel for their successes on various battlefronts. She also offered prayers for the martyrs who laid down their lives for the country.
