Khartoum: Transitional Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris has pledged to work to serve the nation and uphold the principles of justice, peace, the rule of law, and sustainable development. During his speech to the nation on Sunday, the Prime Minister emphasized the principle of equality with all Sudanese political forces and actors and the need to maintain an equal distance from all. He stated that he would be close to the citizens and the proud Sudanese people.
According to Sudan News Agency, Dr. Kamil praised the armed forces, other regular forces, the joint forces, the popular resistance in all their sectors, and all those who participated in the War of Dignity. He thanked all brotherly and friendly countries and regional and international organizations that supported Sudan in its unity and sovereignty.
