General Kabashi Rules Out Negotiation with Rebel Militia, Vows Military Resolution.

Sennar: Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) and Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Shams-Eddin Kabashi, has confirmed the unwavering resolve of Sudan’s armed forces and other regular forces to reclaim all territories compromised by insurgents and eliminate the rebel militia threatening Sudan’s unity.

According to Sudan News Agency, General Kabashi, during his visit to Sennar city alongside Lt. Gen. Mohamed Abbas Al-Labib, Deputy Director of the General Intelligence Service, and Maj. Gen. Moatasim Abdullah, Deputy Director of the Defense Industries System, emphasized that the government will not engage in negotiation, armistice, or ceasefire. He stated, “There will be no path for political negotiation without resolving the battle militarily.”

During his tour, General Kabashi also visited the Sennar Sugar Factory to assess the damage inflicted by the rebel militia, which has been accused of systematic vandalism under the guise of false claims of democracy. He commended the
armed forces and regular forces for their sacrifices and achievements in the Sennar hub, reiterating the government’s commitment to restoring the vandalized infrastructure.

His visit to Sennar State is part of a series of inspection tours of operational hubs, where he was welcomed by Sennar State Wali (governor) Tawfig Mohamed Ali and Maj. Gen. Abdel Moneim Abdel-Basset, Sennar Advance Commander.
