Rabak: The Acting Wali of White Nile State and Secretary-General of the State Government, Al-Sadig Mohamed Osman, received a delegation from the General Directorate of Electronic Collection and Payment at the Federal Ministry of Finance, led by Abdel-Mohsin Ahmed Mohamed Khair, at the Secretariat General in Rabak. The meeting aimed to discuss the launch of the ‘Eisali’ electronic financial system in the state.
According to Sudan News Agency, the meeting was attended by State Minister of Finance, Economy and Manpower, Fatima Al-Haj Al-Tayib, representatives of the Auditor General, Economic Intelligence, various directorates of the State Ministry of Finance, and several banks operating in the state. The focus was on arrangements for implementing the ‘Eisali’ system.
State Finance Minister Fatima Al-Haj expressed approval of the Federal Ministry of Finance’s initiative to adopt electronic payment systems. She confirmed the state government’s readiness to implement the Eisali system across all government financial transactions in every locality, emphasizing its role in enhancing transparency, improving revenue management, and supporting the state’s digital transformation efforts.
