Al-Aiser Emphasizes Industrial Sector’s Role in Rebuilding Sudan’s Economy After War.
Port Sudan: Minister of Culture and Information, Khalid Al-Aiser, highlighted the crucial role of the industrial sector in rebuilding Sudan’s economy following the devastation of war, while countering the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia’s attempts to destabilize the national economy and disunite the country. During a meeting in his office at the ministries complex in Portsudan, Al-Aiser engaged with acting Minister of Industry, Mahasin Ali Yagoub, to discuss strategies for inter-ministerial coordination to showcase the Ministry of Industry’s programs and activities for the current and upcoming stages.
According to Sudan News Agency, the Minister of Industry expressed in press statements that the meeting’s objective was to strengthen the partnership and integration of work between the two ministries. The ministry is also planning to organize a forum in the near future to present its plans and programs for both the present and the future.
The Minister of Industry unveiled several positive developments for
the Sudanese populace, revealing that the Ministry of Industry has set ambitious goals to propel the industrial sector forward, ultimately benefiting the national economy’s public interest.
