Khartoum: Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) Dr. Nuwara Abu Mohamed Tahir, met Wednesday at her office with a delegation from the High Committee of the Samarar tribe.
According to Sudan News Agency, the delegation's representative, Siddig Adam Mahmoud, informed reporters that the meeting aimed to discuss solutions to the challenges facing Hedoub Port and the Nolbap area. The discussions focused on addressing these challenges in accordance with local customary practices, benefiting both Sudan and Red Sea State.
Mahmoud further mentioned that Dr. Nuwara committed to coordinating with relevant officials and authorities to resolve the issues and challenges impacting the port. The engagement signifies a step towards addressing local concerns and fostering cooperation between the government and the Samarar tribe.
