Sudan and China to Enhance Cooperation in Culture, Media, and Tourism

Khartoum: Sudan's Minister of Culture, Information, Tourism, and Antiquities Khalid El-Eisir met with the Chinese Embassy Charg© d'Affaires, Mr. Xu Jian, to discuss plans for enhancing cooperation in cultural, media, and tourism sectors. The discussions also focused on the tracking and restoration of antiquities and the exchange of expertise between the two nations.

According to Sudan News Agency, following the discussions, Mr. Xu Jian, accompanied by Minister El-Eisir, visited several significant locations in Khartoum. The sites included the Central Market, Jackson Bus Station, Friendship Hall, Omdurman Market, and Martyrs' Square.

Mr. Xu Jian expressed his appreciation for the warm reception he received and acknowledged the resilience of the Sudanese people. He reaffirmed China's commitment to supporting and strengthening bilateral relations in various sectors.
