Khartoum: The Prime Minister has mandated the opening of police stations and the activation of security patrols across Khartoum State, with operations commencing today. Dr. Kamil El-Tayeb Idris, the Transitional Prime Minister, has issued instructions for the immediate establishment of police stations in all areas within Khartoum State, while also ensuring the security of the entrances to the three cities, hospitals, and bridges located within the localities of Khartoum, Khartoum Bahri, Jebel Awliya, and Omdurman.
According to Sudan News Agency, Dr. Idris has also called for the activation of security patrols, which will operate from 6 pm to 6 am. This directive aims to bolster security and ensure the safety of residents and infrastructure in the region.
