Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris Embarks on Official Visit to Djibouti

Khartoum: Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris departed this morning for the Republic of Djibouti on an official visit, following a gracious invitation from President of the Republic of Djibouti Ismail Omar Guelleh. The visit aims to strengthen the bilateral relations between the two countries and explore avenues for mutual cooperation that align with the interests of both nations.According to Sudan News Agency, the discussions during the visit will focus on the trajectory of bilateral relations and explore ways to support and advance them in a manner that serves the interests of both peoples. The agenda also includes addressing issues of mutual concern, which are expected to further solidify the partnership between the two nations.Accompanying the Prime Minister on this visit are prominent officials including the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ambassador Muawiya Othman Khalid, Deputy Director-General of the General Intelligence Service, Lieutenant General Abbas Mohamed Bakhit, and advisers to the Prime Minister.
