Mashad: Mashad Observatory expressed deep concern over ongoing pressures by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia on humanitarian organizations, including coercive registration and financial demands.
According to Sudan News Agency, the Observatory described these practices as grave violations of international humanitarian law and warned they may amount to war crimes by deliberately obstructing aid. The Observatory urged international actors-including the African Union, Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD), the United Nations (UN), European Union (EU), United States (US), and United Kingdom (UK)-to take urgent measures to protect civilians and ensure unhindered humanitarian access.
