Khartoum: Minister of Justice Dr. Abdullah Dirif, alongside the Wali of Khartoum State, Ahmed Osman Hamza, inaugurated the Commercial Registrations Administration in Khartoum State. Dr. Dirif expressed profound respect for the armed forces, regular forces, the General Intelligence Service, and the mobilized personnel whose efforts have contributed to this achievement. He also paid tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives.
According to Sudan News Agency, Dr. Dirif emphasized that the opening of the Commercial Registrations Administration marks a significant step towards the normalization of life in Khartoum State. He asserted that it symbolizes a commitment to restoring Khartoum to its former status and sends a clear message of resilience to Sudanese citizens and international observers. Dr. Dirif reiterated a commitment to continue defending the nation and restoring normalcy as a tribute to the martyrs.
He acknowledged the significant contributions of lawyers in the Battle of Dignity, highlighting their sacrifices, including the loss of 38 martyrs. Dr. Dirif announced plans to expedite procedures at the Commercial Registry and restore the Grand Hall. He also revealed that the Constitutional Court’s formation is imminent, with amendments to various laws underway to align them with constitutional principles.
Dr. Dirif pledged collaboration with the judiciary, prosecution, and legal practitioners to uphold the rule of law. Wali Ahmed Osman Hamza expressed his commitment to supporting the Ministry of Justice in ensuring efficient service delivery, highlighting the various dimensions of the Battle of Dignity and the Ministry’s leadership in the legal realm both domestically and internationally.
