Khartoum: The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced the closure of the Admission, Evaluation, and Certificate Attestation Center previously operating at Karary University. Effective today, Sunday, November 16, 2025, all administrative procedures related to electronic applications and certificate attestation will revert to the General Admission Administration’s main headquarters on Al-Gumhoriya Street.
According to Sudan News Agency, the ministry noted that this decision aligns with the state’s policy of restoring public service institutions to their original locations. It also forms part of broader government efforts to rebuild trust and normalize conditions in Khartoum State, enabling citizens to access essential services in their official and better-equipped facilities.
The ministry emphasized that reinstating operations at the main headquarters represents a practical step in supporting the state’s strategy to revive civil life and enhance the operational efficiency of public
institutions in line with recovery and service-delivery plans.
