Khartoum: Minister of Health Professor Haitham Mohamed Ibrahim met with Air Defence Commander Major General Mahmoud Adrob on Wednesday to discuss the support and operation of the Salalab (Air Defence) Health Centre.
According to Sudan News Agency, the meeting focused on reviewing the center's assessment report and identifying its urgent needs. Professor Ibrahim assured the Health Ministry's commitment to providing essential equipment such as laboratory facilities, outpatient and minor surgery equipment, and a dental chair.
Professor Ibrahim expressed gratitude to the Armed Forces for their cooperation and emphasized the importance of coordination between the Ministry of Health and Air Defence. This collaboration aims to enhance healthcare services for citizens.
The meeting was also attended by Dr. Ahmed Sayid Hassan from the Direct Treatment Office and Acting Executive Director Dr. Fatima Abdel Rahman.
