Khartoum: Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Ambassador Mohi-Eddin Salim received the religious adviser to Italy's Foreign Minister and an accompanying delegation as part of the second phase of the 'Italy for Sudan' humanitarian initiative.
According to Sudan News Agency, the Italian side reaffirmed its commitment to supporting war-affected populations, particularly internally displaced persons (IDPs), and facilitating their return. The discussions highlighted Italy's ongoing efforts to address the humanitarian needs within Sudan, emphasizing the importance of international collaboration in these efforts.
