Budapest: Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ambassador Mohy-Eddin Salim, commenced a two-day official visit to Hungary on Sunday, at the behest of Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, P©ter Szijj¡rt³.
According to Sudan News Agency, Sudan’s Ambassador to Hungary, Siddig Mohamed Abdullah, revealed that the visit’s itinerary includes a private meeting between Ambassador Salim and his Hungarian counterpart. This meeting will be succeeded by comprehensive discussions aimed at enhancing bilateral cooperation across several domains such as politics, economy, science, and culture.
The agenda further encompasses a joint press conference involving the two ministers. This will be followed by an official luncheon hosted by the Hungarian Foreign Minister in honor of Ambassador Salim and his delegation. The Republic of Hungary, a member of both the European Union and NATO, maintains longstanding relations with Sudan.
