Khartoum: Minister of Finance Dr. Gebreil Ibrahim chaired a ministerial taskforce meeting to address challenges facing exports and imports.
According to Sudan News Agency, the meeting reviewed plans to expand agricultural production, finance the farming season, and boost livestock exports through value-added initiatives. It also discussed aquaculture development and the establishment of training institutions.
Participants underscored the need to eliminate illegal levies, improve the investment climate, and prioritize productive sectors.
