Khartoum: The Security and Defense Council convened its regular meeting on Wednesday in Khartoum under the chairmanship of President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, with full attendance of its members.According to Sudan News Agency, Minister of Defense Lieutenant General Hassan Daoud Kabron stated in a press release that the Council praised the Sudanese Armed Forces and supporting units across all combat fronts for the victories achieved during the recent period. The meeting focused on reviewing the country's security and military situation and assessing overall preparations and logistical readiness to confront rebels and mercenaries.The Minister of Defense confirmed that all necessary measures have been undertaken to safeguard the country's sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the safety of its citizens.
