Ad-dabba: The Chairman of the Transitional Sovereign Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, made a field visit to shelters hosting internally displaced persons from El Fasher in Ad-Dabba, Shamalia State.
According to Sudan News Agency, during his visit, General Burhan inspected the services provided to the displaced individuals, acknowledging the spirit of social solidarity within Sudanese society. He reiterated the government’s commitment to addressing the issues faced by displaced persons and ensuring their dignified living conditions. He emphasized that the plight of displaced persons is one of the government’s top priorities.
General Burhan instructed all relevant government agencies to deliver essential services to the displaced individuals and to work towards removing obstacles hindering their ability to lead normal lives. He also highlighted the suffering endured by the displaced persons and the violations they faced at the hands of ter
rorist militias in El Fasher.
