Warsaw International Book Fair 2026 Concludes with Strong Arab Cultural Presence

Warsaw: The fifth edition of the Warsaw International Book Fair concluded on Monday in Warsaw, with publishers and exhibitors from 34 countries taking part. According to Qatar News Agency, this year's edition was marked by a strong Arab cultural presence, with Sharjah serving as the guest of honor. The fair's accompanying program featured 1,500 cultural, literary, and artistic events, showcasing a diverse range of global literature and fostering international collaboration. Organizers also announced the winners of the IKAR Awards, which recognize literary and professional achievements in Poland's publishing sector. The awards highlight notable contributions and innovations within the industry, celebrating excellence and dedication to literary arts.
