According to Qatar News Agency, the S and P 500 rose 20.19 points, or 0.27 percent, to close at 7,600.03. The Nasdaq Composite gained 114.75 points, or 0.43 percent, to end at 27,087.37. Meanwhile, the Dow Jones Industrial Average advanced 44.70 points, or 0.09 percent, to finish at 51,076.85.
