Kigali: Vice-President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Commander Malik Agar, arrived in Kigali, Rwanda, on Thursday, as part of his African tour. During his visit, Agar will meet with Rwandan President Paul Kagame to discuss bilateral relations and issues of joint interest between the two countries.
According to Sudan News Agency, His Excellency will also meet with ambassadors and heads of African diplomatic missions accredited to Kigali.
