TSC President Meets with Al-Nasr Brigade in River Nile State

River Nile State: President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, met on Sunday with a delegation from Al-Nasr Brigade in River Nile State, led by its commander, Mayor Abdel-Basit Abdullah.

According to Sudan News Agency, the Commander of the Al-Nasr Brigade, Abdel-Basit Abdullah, expressed in a press statement his congratulations to the TSC President and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces for the victories achieved by the armed forces, other regular forces, and mobilized individuals across combat areas.

The statement highlighted the appreciation of the Sudanese people’s support for the armed forces in defending the nation, its land, and its unity. Abdullah dedicated the recent victory to the Sudanese people, acknowledging their suffering under the actions of terrorist militia.

Abdullah further mentioned that the Al-Nasr Brigade, which includes all components of the people of River Nile State, was formed to support the armed forces and uphold the soil, unity, and sovereignty of Sudan.
