TSC President Discusses Bilateral Relations with Qatari Ambassador

Khartoum: President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Abdel Fattah, met with the Qatari Ambassador to Sudan to discuss bilateral relations between the two nations. The TSC President acknowledged the strong ties between Sudan and Qatar and expressed gratitude for Qatar's ongoing support for Sudan under various circumstances.

According to Sudan News Agency, the Qatari Ambassador conveyed greetings from His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar. The ambassador extended wishes for the TSC President's good health and expressed hope for continued progress, stability, and prosperity for Sudan and its people.

Additionally, the ambassador congratulated the Sudanese leadership on the government's return to operating from Khartoum. He expressed hope for further peace, growth, and stability in Sudan. During the meeting, both parties discussed enhancing bilateral relations and expanding cooperation in various fields to support mutual interests.
