Khartoum: President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, has announced through a tweet on the “X” platform that the Sudanese government will extend the opening of the Adre crossing starting November 15, 2024.
According to Sudan News Agency, Al-Burhan mentioned that the decision was made following recommendations from the Second Humanitarian Response Forum and the Supreme Committee for Humanitarian Affairs. The extension aims to facilitate humanitarian efforts in the region.
