Khartoum: Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Dr. Salma Abdel-Jabbar Al-Mubarak, has issued directives to enhance humanitarian support in affected states, emphasizing the promotion of voluntary return efforts and the provision of essential services such as water, hospitals, and schools.
According to Sudan News Agency, Dr. Salma made these directives during a meeting with the Advisor to the TSC President for Organizations and Humanitarian Action, Lt. Gen. Al-Sadig Ismail Mahmoud. She commended the efforts of the Advisory and the Supreme Committee for Humanitarian Emergencies in supplying humanitarian aid and aiding relief teams in their operations.
In a press statement, Lt. Gen. Al-Sadig Ismail detailed the efforts made by the Advisory in recent times, highlighting the government’s strategy for delivering humanitarian aid and the monthly relief distribution program targeting all states of Sudan.
The Advisor to the TSC President for Organizations and Humanitarian Action expressed gratitude for Dr. Salma’s interest and support in advancing humanitarian efforts across the country.
