Khartoum: Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Dr. Salma Abdul-Jabbar Al-Mubarak, has checked on overall security and economic developments in the states of Gezira, White Nile, and Sennar. During a webinar meeting held with the Walis (governors) of these states, Dr. Salma directed the necessity to exert efforts to restore and provide all necessary services to citizens.
According to Sudan News Agency, Dr. Salma affirmed her commitment to supporting state governments in rebuilding and reconstruction. She emphasized overcoming all obstacles and challenges facing the states and coordinating between federal and state executive bodies. Dr. Salma stressed the importance of listening to all segments of society to understand their plans and programs, and what they can offer during this phase Sudan is going through.
