Al-gadarif: Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Dr. Nawara Abu Mohamed, has affirmed the state’s commitment to promoting and developing the health sector in Al-Gadarif State and providing health and treatment services to citizens.
According to Sudan News Agency, during her inspection of Al-Gadarif Teaching Hospital, Dr. Nawara, accompanied by Al-Gadarif State Wali Lt. Gen. Mohamed Ahmed Hassan, reviewed the level of therapy and health services rendered and the challenges facing the hospital. She acknowledged the efforts made by the state’s Ministry of Health and the hospital administration to offer services amid current circumstances, including receiving patients from outside the state and aiding the state’s displaced persons.
For his part, Director General of the State Ministry of Health, Dr. Ahmed Al-Amin Adam, explained that he briefed the TSC Member on the progress of work at the hospital and the level of treatment services provided. He noted that Dr. Nawara pledged to follow up on the reports submitted by the hospital administration and the state’s health sector to ensure the provision of health and treatment services to citizens.
