Kassala: The Sudan News Agency (SUNA) Forum in Kassala State today hosted a meeting at the Health Insurance Hall with the Deputy Wali of Kassala, Minister of Social Development and Chairman of the Higher Media Committee, Omar Osman Adam, and the Commissioner of Investment, Industry, and Tourism, Dr. Abdelmonem Yagoub Idris, to review the final arrangements for hosting the Third Investment Forum, scheduled to take place during September 9-10.
According to Sudan News Agency, the Deputy Wali briefed participants on the arrangements made through various committees to receive the event, emphasizing that the media is a key partner in showcasing the Forum’s activities and promoting the state’s bright future in investment and developmental economy.
The Commissioner of Investment and Tourism highlighted the Forum’s objectives to showcase the state’s resources and the measures taken to facilitate investment opportunities for both national and foreign capital. The Forum will also include cultural programs, seminars, displays of local products, and field visits for delegations to observe investment projects across the state.
Both officials confirmed that all arrangements for receiving participating delegations have been completed. Journalists and correspondents raised several questions regarding the steps taken to benefit from the Forum and achieve its objectives.
