N’djamena: Chadian authorities, represented by the Chadian Interpol Police, handed over to the Sudanese Embassy in Chad on Wednesday 124 vehicles ransacked from Sudan during the war. The handover was attended by the Chadian Minister of Public Security and Immigration and the Charg© d’Affaires, Ambassador Abdallah Abkar Saleh.
According to Sudan News Agency, the vehicles were part of the assets looted during the conflict in Sudan and recovered in Chad. The cooperation between the two nations highlights efforts to address cross-border crime and the repercussions of the conflict. The return of these vehicles represents a step towards mitigating the impact of the war on Sudan.
