Sudanese Protest Against London Conference and RSF Militia in London

London: Sudanese from various British cities gathered on Tuesday in a massive march to protest the conference organized by Britain on Sudan and to denounce the crimes and violations committed by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia against unarmed civilians in the Zamzam and Abu Shouk camps. The demonstrators denounced the countries participating in the conference, which support the militia. They chanted slogans denouncing the United Arab Emirates’ (UAE) support for the RSF militia.

According to Sudan News Agency, the demonstrators considered the conference aimed at improving the UAE’s image. They raised Sudanese flags and chanted, “One Army, One People.” The demonstrators expressed their condemnation of the crimes and violations committed by the Rapid Support Forces militia in the Zamzam and Abu Shouk camps, the siege of El-Fashir, and the artillery shelling that resulted in the deaths of defenseless civilians.

The demonstrators stressed their rejection of the conference, which hosts countries that support the rebel Rapid Support Forces militia, stressing that Sudan is an independent, sovereign state that does not accept interference in its internal affairs.
