Sennar: The Governor of Sennar State, Major General (Retired) Al-Zubair Hassan Al-Sayed, inspected the progress of work at Al-Suki Specialized Hospital today, accompanied by the Minister of Health and Social Development and the Minister of Finance. The Governor announced the allocation of 50 million pounds to support the hospital.
According to Sudan News Agency, the Governor assessed all departments within the hospital and encouraged the completion of ongoing rehabilitation work. He thanked the residents of Al-Suki and contributors to the hospital's development, urging continued community and official collaboration.
The Minister of Health and Social Development, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Awad Ahmed, confirmed the ministry's dedication to equipping the intensive care unit and pediatric incubators, while also increasing the hospital's specialty offerings for citizens' convenience.
Finance Minister Dr. Mahjoub Ahmed Mohamed highlighted the collaboration with the Ministry of Health to enhance the health sector, aiming to improve service delivery to the public.
