Port Sudan: Prime Minister Dr. Kamil El-Tayib Idris has reviewed the overall conditions at the country’s airports, noting that airports represent an important episode in the national economy. This came during a meeting at his office in Port Sudan with the Director of Sudan Airports Company Limited, Engineer Sir El-Khatim Babiker El-Tayib.
According to Sudan News Agency, Engineer Sir El-Khatim indicated in a press statement that he briefed the Prime Minister on the needs of the airports and plans to rehabilitate them to enable them to perform their duties and compete regionally. He emphasized that the coming period will witness a major development at various airports in the country.
