Khartoum: In his commitment to ensuring that all students have the opportunity to pursue higher education, Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris has instructed both public and private universities to extend their application deadlines. This decision aims to accommodate students who could not complete the application process within the initial timeframe, thereby allowing them to apply for programs that align with their career aspirations.
According to Sudan News Agency, Dr. Idris has tasked the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research with overseeing the implementation of this directive to guarantee a fair and seamless process for all applicants. Additionally, he has called upon the Ministry of Education to expedite the issuance of secondary school certificates, thereby facilitating a smoother application process for prospective students.
The Prime Minister emphasized that education is a fundamental right and reiterated the government’s dedication to supporting students in building their futures through knowledge and education.
