Port Sudan: Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris has commended the historical and national roles of the University of Khartoum (UoK) and its contribution to higher education and scientific research in the country. This recognition was expressed during a meeting held at his office with the University of Khartoum’s Vice-Chancellor, Professor Imad-Eddin El-Amin Aradaib.
According to Sudan News Agency, the meeting focused on addressing a range of issues concerning the University of Khartoum, including strategies to revive full activities at the institution and facilitate its gradual return to the national capital. Discussions also emphasized the need for collective efforts to enhance the university’s stature, aiming for international competitiveness while preserving its national and historical legacy.
