New york: Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris engaged in a meeting with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Ishag Dar, during the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
According to Sudan News Agency, the two leaders affirmed the depth of the historical relationship between their countries. The Sudanese Minister expressed appreciation for Pakistan’s consistent support in the United Nations and other international forums.
The discussions highlighted a mutual commitment to enhancing bilateral cooperation in various fields. This initiative gains particular significance as Pakistan currently holds a non-permanent seat on the United Nations Security Council.
