Port sudan: Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris has affirmed the Government of Hope’s openness to receiving proposals and ideas from national experts on issues concerning citizens, emphasizing his commitment to addressing the challenges facing the country.
According to Sudan News Agency, this declaration came during a meeting held at Dr. Idris’s office in Port Sudan with a delegation from the National Current, led by Professor Fikri Kabashi. Dr. Idris highlighted the significance of collaborative efforts and the exchange of ideas in tackling national issues.
The Secretary-General of the National Current, Dr. Yahya Haj Nour, stated in press remarks that the National Current aims to support the armed forces in the Battle of Dignity and assist the state’s executive body. The current conducts specialized studies on various topics and submits them to the executive body to aid in fulfilling its responsibilities. During the meeting, discussions focused on the tasks of the current’s secretariats, with an initial emphasis on the economic sector. This sector is deemed crucial as it is a key indicator of citizen stability and their return to liberated areas. Proposals in this regard have been submitted to the Prime Minister for further study and implementation.
