Port sudan: The National Judicial Service Commission held its emergency meeting for 2025 on Thursday at the headquarters of the Judicial Authority in Port Sudan, the capital of Red Sea State. The meeting was chaired by the Chief Justice and Chairman of the National Judicial Service Commission, Abdel-Aziz Fath-Al-Rahman Abdeen, along with the First Deputy Chief Justice, Enas Mohamed Abdel-Latif, and the Deputy Chief Justice, Munir Mohamed al-Hassan Babiker.
According to Sudan News Agency, the meeting was attended by commission members including Minister of Justice Abdullah Mohamed Dirif, Minister of Finance Dr. Gebreil Ibrahim, and Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Khartoum, Professor Al-Tayib Murkaz. The main focus of the meeting was the deliberation on the return of the Constitutional Court to work, which was agreed upon and recommendations were submitted to the Transitional Sovereignty Council.
