Khartoum: The Ministry of Digital Transformation and Communications on Thursday launched its urgent ‘3×3 Plan,’ a 100-day program aimed at connecting citizens, the private sector, and the state on a unified path toward a modern digital Sudan.
According to Sudan News Agency, Minister of Digital Transformation and Communications, Eng. Ahmed Al-Dirdiri Gandour, stated that the project represents a strategic step to improve services, rebuild trust between citizens and the state, stimulate the economy, and enhance the efficiency of government institutions.
The minister explained that the plan includes the launch of the national unified platform ‘Baladna,’ which brings together 19 government institutions and provides 30 electronic services. He emphasized that the objective is to build a fair and secure digital environment that supports business and opens space for innovation within a comprehensive digital transformation.

ified digital portal for imports and exports through seaports, and a dedicated platform for animal resources exports, contributing to the opening of new markets and strengthening economic activity.
Engineer Gandour further noted that the ministry has also begun implementing institutional tracks aimed at establishing a unified platform for government data exchange, digitizing the Ministry of Trade, and launching a unified government email system for all institutions. He affirmed that the 3×3 Plan for digital transformation represents a genuine launch toward a modern digital Sudan that carries hope for a better future.
