Minister of Labor Engages in Bilateral Talks at ILO Conference

Geneva: HE Minister of Labor Dr. Ali bin Samikh Al Marri met with several of his counterparts during the 114th International Labor Conference organized by the International Labor Organization (ILO) in Geneva, Switzerland. The discussions aimed to enhance cooperation in labor-related fields.

According to Qatar News Agency, Dr. Al Marri held separate meetings with several labor ministers. These included Dr. Mohammad Haidar from Lebanon, Mutasim Ahmed Saleh Adam from Sudan, Hind Kabawat from Syria, Monica Recalde de Giacomi from Paraguay, and Tseliso Seth Levalo Mokhosi from Lesotho. The meetings focused on mutual cooperation and explored ways to further develop these relationships in the labor sector.

The discussions highlighted the importance of international collaboration in addressing labor issues and the shared commitment to improving labor conditions across these nations. The engagements are part of ongoing efforts to foster stronger international ties in labor and employment sectors.
