Khartoum: Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Shams-Eddin Kabashi, arrived in the eastern zone on Saturday morning. He was accompanied by the Deputy Director of the General Intelligence Service, Lt. Gen. Mohamed Abbas Al-Labib, and the Deputy Director of the Defense Industries System, Maj. Gen. Mutasim Abdullah.
According to Sudan News Agency, General Kabashi was received by the Head of Al-Faw Control, Maj. Gen. Amir Hakim, and the Commander of the Second Infantry Division, Maj. Gen. Khalid Mohamed Saidahmed. During his visit, General Kabashi inspected the front lines in the eastern zone and was briefed on the progress of military operations on the Al-Faw axis. He congratulated the armed forces, other regular forces, and mobilized individuals on the victories achieved on all hubs and fronts.
The Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces acknowledged the morale of the soldiers and their determination to protect the land and honor, emphasizing the importance of defeating the mercenaries from every inch of the homeland.
