Khartoum: The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport has launched a new electronic service for issuing No-Objection Certificates (NOCs) for the import of transport vehicles and related spare parts, as part of the government's broader digital transformation and public service modernization programme.
According to Sudan News Agency, the Head of the Ministry's Digital Transformation Committee, Dr. Taj Al-Din Noreen, stated that the service enables clients and companies to complete their procedures fully online with ease, through network integration with relevant authorities.
He mentioned that the step will accelerate procedures, reduce costs, and streamline transactions related to transport sector imports nationwide. Dr. Noreen noted that the launch represents a qualitative shift in institutional modernization and strengthens transparency and efficiency in service delivery.
