Industry Ministry Undersecretary Urges Coordination to Boost Economic Recovery

Khartoum: Undersecretary of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Awad Salam, affirmed the ministry's commitment to strengthening coordination and cooperation with the Ministry of Animal Resources and other stakeholders to support Sudan's economic recovery.

According to Sudan News Agency, Salam participated in a workshop focused on reducing wastage of sacrificial hides, organized by the ministry in collaboration with the news agency. During the event, Salam highlighted that Sudan is currently facing an 'economic war,' emphasizing the necessity to optimally utilize available resources and minimize waste, particularly in strategic sectors such as hides and skins.

Salam underscored the importance of unified coordination among ministries and government institutions to develop a shared vision for Sudan's economic advancement. This initiative aligns with the comprehensive strategy adopted by the 'Government of Hope,' led by Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris.
