Khartoum: Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ambassador Omar Siddig, met on Wednesday with the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Sudan, Hani Salah. The meeting reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries. The State Minister at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation expressed the Sudanese political leadership’s gratitude to the Arab Republic of Egypt for its coordination with Sudan, its growing role in supporting it and preserving its independence and territorial integrity, and its significant role in supporting the Sudanese government in international forums to achieve peace, security, and stability, and to preserve Sudan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
According to Sudan News Agency, the meeting also touched on ways to strengthen bilateral relations to serve the interests of the two brotherly countries.
