Shendi: Minister of Investment, Othman Abdulrahim, and Minister of Infrastructure and Urban Development, Engineer Samir Saeed, at the River Nile State, along with the Secretary-General of the National Investment Authority, Ahlam Madani Mahdi Sabeel, and the Executive Director of Shendi Locality, Al-Haj Balla Sumei, today inspected the progress of work at Aseel Holding Group and the Tala Agricultural and Animal Production Project.
According to Sudan News Agency, the Ministers of Investment and Infrastructure emphasized the crucial role of serious investment, both national and foreign, in bolstering the national economy, fulfilling local demands, and enhancing the competitiveness of domestic products in global markets.
The Secretary-General of the National Investment Authority praised the performance of Aseel Group and the Tala Project, stating that the visit was intended to assess investment projects, identify challenges, and coordinate with relevant authorities to address these issues.
The Executive Director of Shendi Locality highlighted that the area is home to several successful investments serving both local and foreign markets. He noted the substantial potential of Aseel Group and the Tala Project, portraying them as exemplary models of successful investment at the national level.
