Kassala: Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Dr. Nuwara Abu-Mohamed Tahir, inaugurated on Wednesday, as part of her participation in the 3rd Investment Forum in Kassala city, the Autumn Flowers Festival and the Handicrafts Exhibition, held under the slogan ‘United by Heritage, Complemented by Flowers.’
According to Sudan News Agency, the event was attended by Kassala State Wali (governor), Maj. Gen. (Retd) Al-Sadig Mohamed Al-Azrag, along with a number of state walis. The presence of these officials underscores the significance of the event in promoting heritage and craftsmanship.
Director General of Youth and Sports Administration in Kassala State, Adam Mohamed Adam, affirmed that the inauguration of the festival and exhibition by the TSC member reflects the state’s interest, led by the Transitional Sovereignty Council, in youth and their issues. He emphasized that the exhibition showcases the skills of young people in various fields and represents an opportunity for their future integration into companies related to handicrafts.
